The Megator-Pumps 2000 USA
pump is a unique air operated dual diaphragm design that out
performs the competition even under the most difficult
conditions. Pumps 2000 dual diaphragm pumps were originally
designed for harsh mining applications and are guaranteed to out
perform and out last the competition due to a number of patented
design features. In harsh mining duties (solids laden slurries)
the working life of the competitors AODD´s are only 3 - 4 weeks,
Pumps 2000 AODD’s operate for a minimum of 12 months on average!
The light weight feature provides ease of mobility and reduces
the risk of injury. It was the very first plastic dual diaphragm
pump ever made and there is a proprietary explosion proof pump
that is made from a conductive plastic. It has the highest
explosion proof rating available and can operate in hazardous
environments. In addition, it uses half of the air consumption
of other AODD’s and the long lasting lubrication free parts
means lower operating cost and reduced maintenance. They are
suitable for pumping applications in all industries.
