Oil Spill Response Trailer

The Megator Oil Response Trailer is a complete package of response equipment that enables personel to effectively deal with small to medium land based pollution oil spill situations at a moments notice.

The standard contents of the Megator Oil Spill Response Trailer are listed below:

• Customer to provide trailer of your choice, whether it be open, tarp covered or fully enclosed
• One (1) Megator L100 Megator Positive Displacement Self-Priming Pump Assembly with 12 gpm max flow, 100 ft of head capacity, stainless steel internals, and mechanical shaft seals complete on a portable base for v-belt drive with a Gasoline Engine and belt guard
• One (1) 1 ½” Alpha Skimmer with screen kit, telescopic handle with adjustable weir and 1 ½” hose connection and anti-debris screen kit
• One (1) 1 ½” x 10 ft. Urethane spiral reinforced non-floating hose to ensure proper floatation of skimmer with poly quick connect fittings
• One (1) 1 ½” x 30 ft. Floating Suction Hose with poly quick connect fittings
• One (1) 1 ½” x 10 ft. Lay Flat discharge hose with poly quick connect fittings
• One (1) 1 ½” x 100 ft. Lay Flat discharge hose with poly quick connect fittings
• One (1) 250 gallon collapsible recovery bladder with vent & drain valve or (1) 250 gallon collapsible open storage tank with roof cover and drain valve
• Two (2) 30 ft. Mega Boom floating oil containment boom

*Optional items that Megator can provide or that you can source yourself:

One (1) Spill Kit with absorbents:

• One (1) 50 lb. bag of loose granular absorbents
• Three (3) Oil absorbent pillows: 18”x20”x42”
• Thirty-five (35) Oil absorbent pads: 18”x18”x40”
• Five (5) disposable bags and ties

Two (2) Protective Kits containing:

• 1 x elastic cuff coveralls with hood and boots XXL
• 1 x Pair PVC gauntlet protective gloves
• 1 x Pair safety goggles

One (1) Tool Kit containing:

• One (1) Shovel
• One (1) Broom
• One (1) club hammer
• 1 x Tool bag containing set of standard tools
• 1 x 50 ft. length of polypropylene rope

* Megator can custom fit your needs with higher capacity pumps, electric, diesel or air operated pumps, larger tanks, additional lengths of boom and other accessories.
